John Stagliano and his companies, Evil Angel Productions and John Stagliano Inc., are charged with seven counts of illegal possession, distribution, and the sale of two adult videos sent through the mail. The two videos are Milk Nymphos 5 & Storm Squirters 2. There’s also a third video, the internet trailer for Fetish Fanatic 5.
John faces a maximum of 32 years in jail and $7 million in fines if convicted on all counts.
The trial is expected to last two weeks.

Darrah, I can’t read all those links. It’s your job to slice the story down for me so that all I have to do is read the juicy parts. At the very least, what’s the 2 or 3 best stories in the list of links you’ve provided?
I was late in reading up on this. That’s why I just linked back. Maybe read the stories at AVN because Kernes is actually there. The newer AVN posts are at the bottom of the above links. But I’ll try to remember to check everyday to link back when the trial is happening.
Forgot where I read it, maybe LukeIsBack. But someone commenting said Stagliano is getting screwed and the outcome of the trial was already determined before it started.
I have some sympathy with the guys running around saying Max Harcore wasn’t about the man, but about the law. And, that’s the way it’s supposed to be. But, that guy is just such a creep, I didn’t care what happened to him one way or another.
But, Stagliano’s no Max.
This shouldn’t be happening to John at all. I can name a dozen others who should be on trial now. I asked around if he did something horrible that I don’t know about yet. They said he’s high profile. I was like well whose next, Steve Hirsch??
